Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup key lime juice
- Optional: 2 teaspoons lime zest (divided)
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice. Beat until smooth and then fold in the lime zest, if using.
- Spread the filling in the pie crust.
- Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
- Slice and serve with fresh whipped cream or frozen, thawed whipped topping, if desired.
