If you can’t find key limes or key lime juice for this recipe, you can use regular limes. Either way, you’ll have a rich and refreshing dessert.

The cheesecake is made in a purchased graham cracker crust, making it a snap to throw together. Top it off with lime zest and a big dollop of whipped topping for a dessert that is sure to please everyone.

No-Bake Key Lime Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup key lime juice
  • Optional: 2 teaspoons lime zest, divided
  • 1 9- inch graham cracker crust

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice. Beat until smooth and then fold in the lime zest, if using.
  • Spread the filling in the pie crust.
  • Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  • Slice and serve with fresh whipped cream or frozen, thawed whipped topping, if desired.
