  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (30 crackers), crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3 to 4 cups cooked diced or shredded chicken
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon herbes de Provence (or Italian herb blend)
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 375 F and butter a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

  2. Combine the crushed crackers with the melted butter and toss until the crumbs are well coated.
