I’ve made this for parties and gatherings several times, and it always gets rave reviews! With a crescent roll dough, layer of ranch flavored cream cheese, and versatile vegetable topping, it is the perfect party food! Use your favorite vegetables to make it a colorful and unique creation! You can even add browned meat or cold cuts to the topping.

Recipe Variations

There are plenty of ways you can customize the recipe just by changing the toppings. Here are two of my favorite variations.

  • Taco Veggie Pizza (pictured): Make the cream cheese base with sour cream instead of mayonnaise and top it with taco-seasoned browned ground beef, some black beans, diced tomatoes, green onions, black olives, shredded lettuce, and shredded pepper jack or cheddar cheese.
  • Caprese Veggie Pizza: Drizzle pesto over the cream cheese layer and top with fresh sliced mozzarella cheese or pearls, sliced tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Finish with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
