Move over, popcorn! These ranch oyster crackers are gussied up with ranch dressing and dill for an addictive snack the whole family will love! They’re the perfect snack for a family movie night, or add them to your holiday entertaining arsenal.

To make ranch oyster crackers, melt the butter, toss with the seasonings and oyster crackers, and bake! The flavors bake into the little bite-sized crackers, making a savory, crave-worthy treat.

Recipe Variations

  • Spicy Ranch Oyster Crackers: Kick up the flavors with a dash of crushed red pepper flakes. Chili crisp is another excellent option.
  • Oil: Replace the butter with a neutral-flavored vegetable oil, such as canola, safflower, or sunflower.
  • Ranch Dressing: Use our homemade ranch seasoning mix instead of the store-bought packets.
  • Cheese: Add grated Parmesan to the mixture or dust them with cheddar cheese powder.
  • Tex-Mex: Add some taco seasoning to the ranch dressing mix for a Tex-Mex-inspired twist.

Other Ways To Serve the Crackers

Salads: Add ranch oyster crackers to Caesar salad for a tasty, flavorful twist.

Soups: Sprinkle a few onto fish chowder, taco soup, or this tasty slow cooker chicken chowder.

Casseroles: Crumble the seasoned oyster crackers and sprinkle them over baked macaroni and cheese or your favorite casserole.

Meatloaf and Meatballs: Crush them and add them to a meatloaf or meatball mixture.
