This buffalo mayonnaise makes a fabulous spread for chicken sandwiches or serve it with wings or fried chicken as a dip.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons chopped dill pickle
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped dill pickle, garlic powder, Buffalo wing sauce, and celery. Blend the mixture thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  2. Serve as a dip for chicken wings or chicken strips or as a topping for burgers or fried chicken sandwiches.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 to 3 days.
