This buffalo mayonnaise makes a fabulous spread for chicken sandwiches or serve it with wings or fried chicken as a dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dill pickle, chopped
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery

Instructions

  • Mix: In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped dill pickle, garlic powder, Buffalo wing sauce, and celery. Blend the mixture thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  • Serve: Transfer to a bowl or individual bowls and serve as a dip for chicken wings or chicken strips. Save leftovers in the fridge and use within 3 days.
