Buffalo Mayonnaise

This Buffalo mayonnaise makes a fabulous spread for chicken sandwiches and a tasty dip for wings or fried chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp chopped dill pickle
  • tsp garlic powder, or to taste
  • 2 tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped celery

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped dill pickle, garlic powder, Buffalo wing sauce, and celery. Stir to blend thoroughly. Taste and adjust as needed. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

  • For the best flavor, make it a little ahead of time and chill it for 30 minutes so the flavors can blend.
  • Serve as a dip for chicken wings or chicken strips.
