Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (neutral flavor)
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; pulse until smooth and well blended.
  2. Serve with salad greens or sliced fresh veggies.
  3. Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  4. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
