- 5 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (neutral flavor)
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf basil
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; pulse until smooth and well blended.
- Serve with salad greens or sliced fresh veggies.
- Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
