Even your picky eaters will approve of this broccoli! Make the dish with half broccoli and half cauliflower florets, if you like.

- 20 ounces frozen broccoli florets or spears
- 3 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (finely grated)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
- Fresh lemon juice (to taste)
- Optional: dash garlic powder
Instructions
- Put the broccoli in a steaming basket over simmering water. Cover the pan and steam for a few minutes, or until the broccoli is just tender. The broccoli should still be bright green.
- Combine melted butter, lemon peel, and pepper.
- Drain the broccoli; transfer to serving dish.
- Toss the broccoli with the lemon and butter mixture. Drizzle with a little fresh lemon juice, to taste. If desired, add a dash of garlic powder.
- Serve hot.
