Topping

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, about 4 1/4 ounces
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 8 tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions

  • Line a 9-inch pie pan with pastry and crimp the edge as desired.
