This grilled flank steak is flavored with a bold coffee marinade. The marinade is a combination of strong coffee, mustard, and seasonings. Make the marinade at least 2 hours before cooking to give the steak plenty of time to take on the flavors. Rare to medium rare is best for this cut; slice it thinly for best texture.
