  • Place a mesh sieve over a bowl and drain the canned clams. Reserve 1/4 cup of the clam juice and pour it into a large mixing bowl.

  • The reserved clam juice thins the cream cheese to a perfect dippable consistency while adding extra clam flavor. If you prefer a thicker dip, start with just 2 tablespoons and add more as needed.
