Easy Peanut Butter and Cornflake Candy

This peanut butter candy is super easy to make in a large saucepan, with sugar and corn syrup and peanut butter. This is a quick and easy candy to make for a family treat or candy craving.

This peanut butter fudge is another excellent choice if you have a craving, or try this popular chow mein candy.


Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: 12 minutes

Ingredients:




Instructions:

  1. Combine the sugar and corn syrup in a large saucepan. Bring to a full boil.
  2. Add the peanut butter and stir. Stir in the cornflakes, about 1 cup at a time, blending well.
  3. Using a teaspoon, drop onto wax paper and let cool.

Makes about 4 dozen candies.
