Ingredients
1stick, 4 ounces unsalted butter
3tablespoonshoney mustard
3tablespoonseverything bagel seasoning, divided
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
12pull-apart Hawaiian rolls, left connected
6 to 8ouncesdeli ham, thinly sliced
4 to 6ouncesshredded fontina cheese, or any good melty cheese

Heat the oven and line a pan. Line a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and heat the oven to 350°F.
Prepare the glaze. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat and set aside 2 tablespoons in a small bowl. To the butter in the pan, add the honey mustard, 2 tablespoons of the everything bagel seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce; mix to blend thoroughly.
Slice the rolls. Carefully slice the flat of rolls in half horizontally and spread all cut sides with the butter and mustard mixture.

Add the filling ingredients. Layer the ham and cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
Add the topping. Place the top portion of the rolls over the filling. Brush the top of the rolls with the reserved melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining bagel seasoning.

Bake. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake the sliders for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to cook until they are browned and the cheese has melted, about 5 minutes longer.
Serve. Slice between the buns to separate them and serve ham and cheese sliders warm.
