This easy dressing is great on just about any salad. Use it on a grilled chicken salad, cucumbers, or use it as a tangy sandwich spread. Add extra milk for a thinner dressing, or omit the milk if you’re using it as a sandwich spread or dip. You can also switch out the herbs. Instead of dried tarragon, use some fresh chopped dill weed or chives.

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon, crumbled
- Dash garlic powder
- Dash freshly ground black pepper
- Dash onion powder
- 1 tablespoon milk (or to desired consistency)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and vinegar; mix well. Add the garlic powder, pepper, and onion powder. Add a small amount of milk as needed for consistency.
