- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion, or use fresh
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- dash of pepper
Instructions
- Place the pork ribs in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, or cook on high for about 4 hours.
