  • 1 1/2 lbs country-style pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion, or use fresh
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the pork ribs in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over pork.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, or cook on high for about 4 hours.
