Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 head cabbage, small
  • 1/4 head green cabbage, small
  • 1 small carrot
  • 4 green onions
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh chopped
  • 1/3 cup lime juice, about 2 limes
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil, peanut oil, canola, etc.
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon chili garlic paste, or to taste

Instructions

  • Shred the red and green cabbage and toss them together in a large bowl.
  • Shred the carrots and chop the green onions and cilantro; add them to the cabbage mixture.
  • In another bowl, combine the lime juice, sugar, peanut oil, salt and pepper, to taste, and chili garlic paste, if using.
