Taco seasoning flavors this delicious “impossible” pie. This ground beef pie is made with biscuit mix (Bisquick), eggs, cheese, chile peppers, tomato, and seasonings. This makes a nice lunch dish topped with salsa, sour cream, and chopped green onions.
What Is an Impossible Pie?
An impossible pie magically makes its own crust. The custard-like filling contains baking mix, which sinks to the bottom as the pie bakes, making the crust. An impossible pie can be savory or sweet, and sometimes hearty enough to make a meal.
