Crustless Cheeseburger Pie
This quick and easy crustless cheeseburger pie makes an excellent everyday meal. It’s super easy to throw together, and a nice main dish for low carb dieters!
This easy cheeseburger pie is perfect for everyday meals, and if you use keto breadcrumbs, it’s an excellent choice for low-carb diets. Ground beef, seasonings, and typical burger toppings make the savory pie taste like a big, juicy cheeseburger. Top the pie with bacon, tomatoes, and cheese just before the pie is done. Sliced American cheese makes a tasty topping, but shredded sharp cheddar or jack cheese also works well.
For a low carb meal, serve the pie with cauliflower rice, palmini pasta, or mashed cauliflower, along with a salad, cooked greens, or broccoli. Or serve it with French fries or roasted potatoes for a comforting, satisfying meal.
Recipe Variations
- Add a crust: Line the pie plate with a homemade rolled-out pie dough or a purchased sheet of pie pastry.
- Protein: Replace the ground beef with ground turkey, pork, or sausage.
