Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk, lukewarm
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 3 teaspoons instant yeast (aka rapid rise, bread machine yeast)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
  2. Bake the bread on the quick or rapid cycle, light crust.
