This herb and mustard bread is easy to mix and bake in your bread machine. The combination of dried herbs, garlic, and spicy mustard make it a fabulous bread for sandwiches. It was delicious with roast beef with lettuce and mayo, and I’m sure it would be great with pork or ham. Swap out the parsley for an herb combo like Italian seasoning or Herbes de Provence. Herbes de Provence or a similar blend would complement chicken or turkey, while Italian seasoning would be an excellent bread to serve with a pasta meal.
