  • 4 tablespoons mustard , bold and spicy or a good quality whole grain mustard
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, coarse grind
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes, or bread machine yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut in pieces, softened
  • 3 teaspoons instant yeast , or bread machine yeast

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order recommended by your bread machine manufacturer.
  • Bake the bread on the quick cycle, light crust.
