Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  5. Stuff the apples with the crumb mixture and then sprinkle remaining crumbs over the apples.
  6. Cover the baking dish loosely with foil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 to 60 minutes, or until the apples are fork-tender.
  8. Serve the stuffed baked apples with cream or whipped cream.
