This is an easy skillet ground beef dish made with tomatoes, herbs, and noodles. Serve this fast and flavorful goulash with a tossed salad or sliced cucumbers with dressing.

- Cook and stir the ground beef and the onion in a large skillet over medium heat until the meat is browned. Drain off the excess fat.
- Stir in the tomatoes (with the liquid) and remaining ingredients, stirring to break up the tomatoes. Bring to a simmer; reduce the heat and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender, about 15 minutes.
- A small amount of water can be added if necessary. Serve hot.
