Skillet Goulash

This is an easy skillet ground beef dish made with tomatoes, herbs, and noodles. Serve this fast and flavorful goulash with a tossed salad or sliced cucumbers with dressing.

Cook Time: 18 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes



  1. Cook and stir the ground beef and the onion in a large skillet over medium heat until the meat is browned. Drain off the excess fat.
  2. Stir in the tomatoes (with the liquid) and remaining ingredients, stirring to break up the tomatoes. Bring to a simmer; reduce the heat and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. A small amount of water can be added if necessary. Serve hot.
