Green Beans Lyonnaise

print Bacon and a little onion and vinegar flavor these tasty cooked green beans.

Cook Time: 12 minutes
Total Time: 17 minutes



  1. Saute diced bacon in a skillet until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. To bacon fat, add the chopped onion; saute until onion is tender. Add the salt, vinegar, pepper, and hot cooked green beans.
  3. Toss and heat through.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and top with reserved bacon.
