Green Beans Lyonnaise

Bacon and a little onion and vinegar flavor these tasty cooked green beans.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Total Time: 17 minutes
- Saute diced bacon in a skillet until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- To bacon fat, add the chopped onion; saute until onion is tender. Add the salt, vinegar, pepper, and hot cooked green beans.
- Toss and heat through.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with reserved bacon.
