Lobster Stew

print This is a fabulous lobster stew, made with cream and butter and packed with lobster. Serve with crackers or crusty rolls for a delicious first course or lunch.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 12 to 15 minutes
Total Time: 24 minutes


  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan; add flour and cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes.
  2. Gradually add cream to the roux. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and add seasonings.
    Add lobster meat and heat through.
