Stuffed Sole with Dill Sauce

Dill Sauce

  1. Heat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Place vegetables on fillets; roll up from narrow end. Place fish, seam side down, in a 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking pan. Brush with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush again with butter after 10 minutes.
  1. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
  2. Gradually add milk and wine.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  4. Serve the sauce with the baked fish.
