Swiss Apple Pie

Total Time: 1 hour 25 minutes


  1. Heat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Mix together the granulated and brown sugars, salt, and flour; add apples.
  3. Spoon apple mixture into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Pour cream over apples; sprinkle with the cinnamon.
  5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until apples are tender.
  6. If pastry edges get too brown, cover with foil to protect.
