Sour Cream Raisin Pie

A classic sour cream and raisin pie recipe. Use a homemade pie pastry shell or a frozen prepared shell for this raisin pie.

Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
- Heat the oven to 350 F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, spices, salt, and eggs; mix well. Blend in sour cream and vinegar; add raisins, stirring to blend.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until set.
- Let pie cool at room temperature.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream topping, if desired.
