Quick Chile Pepper Bake

print This green chile and cheese pie recipe is easy to make, and great served with crackers and salsa as an appetizer. It is a quiche-like pie made with eggs.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes


Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 325 F.
  2. Lightly grease an 8-inch pie plate.
  3. Spread peppers over the bottom of the pie plate and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Beat eggs and milk; pour over cheese layer. Bake at 325 For 45 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Serve with crackers and salsa as an appetizer.
