Quick and Easy Gravy for Chicken or Turkey

If you want gravy for a chicken or turkey meal but don't have the drippings, this recipe is a good choice. It's easy to make with butter, flour, chicken broth, and seasonings.

Prep Time: 4 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 9 minutes



  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken broth. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, chicken bouillon granules or base, and Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet.
  4. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Makes about 2 cups
