  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, panko crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

  • Shape the mixture into 4 burger patties, using your thumb or finger to make an indentation in the center of each one. If desired, place them in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to firm them up a bit more.

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until browned. They should register at least 165°F in the thickest part of a burger.
