Simple Sesame Noodles

These simple sesame noodles are a perfect choice. Their sweet, sour, and salty flavors pair perfectly with Asian-inspired main dishes. Toss them with chili crisp for extra color and heat!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil or canola
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta, soba noodles, or thin spaghetti

Instructions

  • In a jar or bowl, combine the sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, peanut oil, green onions, and garlic. Mix well and set aside.
  • Cook the pasta following package directions. Drain in a colander and rinse with hot water. Toss with the sauce mixture. Serve hot or cold.
