Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Toss the trimmed Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper and transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring and flipping halfway through.
Transfer the sprouts to a serving tray.
