Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces bacon

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 350 F.
  • Line a large rimmed sheet pan—you might need two—with nonstick foil. Oil or spray the foil with cooking spray if it isn't nonstick. Alternatively, fit a cooling rack in the pan.
  • Arrange the bacon in the pan or on the rack and bake for about 25 to 35 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
  • Remove the bacon to paper towels to drain.
  • Pour the grease off into a jar or container and refrigerate or freeze.
