  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Sift flour, sugar, and salt together; add the softened butter and vanilla extract and mix to form a dough. Add 3/4 cup of finely chopped nuts; mix well.
    2 cups all-purpose flour | 1/4 cup granulated sugar | 1/2 tsp salt | 1 cup butter | 2 tsp vanilla extract | ¾ cups ground macadamia nuts, or very finely chopped
  • Shape dough into 1/2-inch balls.
  • Roll the cookies in the remaining nuts, then place them on the prepared baking sheets.

  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly browned on the bottoms.
