Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds cabbage
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Optional: Chopped fresh herbs

Instructions

  • Prep the Cabbage: Chop the cabbage and transfer it to the Instant Pot. Top with the butter and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Add the chicken broth. 
    Celery and cabbage chopped in a stainless steel pot with seasoning.
  • Pressure Cook: Lock the lid on the Instant Pot, ensure it’s set to sealing, select the pressure cook function, and set the timer to 6 minutes. When the time is up, do a quick release.

  • Serve: Spoon the cooked cabbage into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh chives, chopped dill, parsley, or a combination.
