  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 envelope, 1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can, 4 ounces chopped chiles, drained
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick or similar baking mix

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack, Cheddar, or Mexican blend cheese

  • Optional: chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 400 F.
  • Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
