Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons oil, optional
  • Salt and pepper, optional
  • 1 small onion, chopped, optional

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the oil, if needed, then add the ground beef and spread it into an even layer.

  • Cook the beef undisturbed for 4 to 5 minutes, or until well browned on the bottom. Turn it over in large sections, season lightly with salt and pepper, then break it into crumbles and continue cooking until no pink remains.
