Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted or plain
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt, Diamond Crystal

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients; blend well and transfer to a 1/2 pint jar.
  • Label the jar or container with the name and, based on the expiration dates on the individual ingredients, make a note of the best "use by" date on the jar.
  • Store everything bagel seasoning in a cool, dark place.
