Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Follow the package directions for thawing the pastry dough.
Roll the puff pastry out lightly. Spread with honey mustard, then sprinkle with the cheese and arrange the ham over the cheese layer.
Roll up and chill thoroughly.
Cut the chilled dough in 1/2-inch slices. Arrange on the parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for about 17 to 20 minutes, until puffed and nicely browned.
Serve with honey mustard or a honey mustard dipping sauce.
