These salmon fillets are baked to perfection with a blend of shallots, garlic, and herbs. This is a salmon dish that is sure to impress!

Ingredients
  

  • 24 ounces salmon fillets, 4 fillets
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoonj lemon juice
  • 4 lemon wedges, optional

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375°F. and lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  • Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
  • Arrange the salmon, skin-side down, in the baking pan and spread garlic mixture evenly over the salmon fillets. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the fillets flake easily with a fork.
  • Drizzle with the lemon juice and serve with lemon wedges.
