In a serving bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes with the diced onions, garlic, cumin, lime juice, chile peppers, and half of the cilantro.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Refrigerate.
Just before serving, garnish with the remaining chopped cilantro.
