Prepare the Corn: Remove the husks and silk from the ears of corn. Rinse well. Brush the corn with oil and grill or broil, turning frequently, for 8 to 10 minutes or until charred in places. Let it cool. When the corn is cool enough to handle, cut the corn from the cobs and transfer to a large bowl.
