  • In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until smooth and thickened. Fold in the whipped topping and grated lime zest.
    1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk | 1/2 cup key lime juice | 8 ounces frozen whipped topping | 2 to 3 tsp grated lime zest (optional)
  • Sae a little lime zest for garnish if you like.
  • Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
