  • In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, onion, curry powder, lemon juice, and dry mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add a few drops of hot sauce, if desired. Blend thoroughly.
    1 1/2 cups mayonnaise | 1 tbsp grated onion | 2 tsp curry powder | 1 tsp lemon juice | 1/2 tsp dry mustard | Salt and freshly ground black pepper | Dash hot sauce (optional)
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Use as a dip, spread, or salad dressing.
  • If using as a salad dressing, thin it with a little milk or more lemon juice until it reaches your desired consistency.
