Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large garlic clove, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Dash fine sea salt, or to taste
  • 5 tbsp neutral vegetable oil
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt, to taste. Whisk to blend.

  • While whisking constantly, add the oil in a slow, steady stream.
