Crispy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
These crispy chocolate peanut butter fudge squares are rich, chewy, crunchy, and easy to make with crispy rice cereal and graham cracker crumbs.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Combine the corn syrup, brown sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil; boil for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and chocolate chips until smooth. - Pour the hot mixture over the cereal and crumbs. Stir until the cereal and crumbs are evenly coated. The mixture will be stiff.
- Immediately spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and pat to smooth the top. Refrigerate the fudge until it is firm, about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Cut the fudge into squares and store leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
Tip: Work quickly when pressing the mixture into the pan; it thickens as it cools. Use a buttered spatula or lightly buttered fingers to keep it from sticking.
