Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ tsp fine salt, or to taste
  • Dash freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • ¾ cup chopped celery
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • ¾ cup sliced seedless grapes
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper; whisk to blend.

  • Add the chicken, celery, chopped eggs, grapes, nuts, and lemon juice. Toss gently to mix ingredients. Chill thoroughly.

  • Serve chicken salad on sandwich rolls or on lettuce leaves.
