  • Combine all ingredients Combine all ingredients (including Parmesan, if using) in a screw-top jar or bowl and shake or whisk until well blended. Alternatively, blend it with a stick blender or in a bullet-type of blender.
    1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil | 4 tbsp red wine vinegar | 1/2 tsp granulated sugar | 1 tsp Dijon mustard | 1 tsp lemon juice | 1/2 tsp garlic powder | 1 tsp dried oregano | 1/2 tsp dried basil | 3/4 tsp fine sea salt | 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper | 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Refrigerate until serving time.
