Instructions
Air-Fry the Apples: Butter a 7-inch round baking dish or pan with 1 teaspoon of softened butter. Add the apples. Combine 1 teaspoon of cinnamon with 1 teaspoon of flour and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Add the sugar mixture to the apples and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of water. Cover the pan with foil and air fry at preheated 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until the apples are softened. Stir gently.
Make the Topping: While the sliced apples are cooking, combine 1 stick of butter, 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, the oats, baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl. Work the butter into the mixture to form the crumbs.
Air-Fry the Crumble Dessert: Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the cooked apples and return to the air fryer. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until the topping is browned.
Cool: Transfer the Crumble to a rack to cool slightly.
Serve: Arrange servings in dessert dishes with a drizzle of cream, a dollop of sweetened whipped cream, or a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
